Membership Information

To become a member of our store, simply go to our Membership Operations page and fill out the relevant sections. It is crucial to provide accurate and complete membership information to avoid communication and accessibility issues. Please fill out the information carefully and completely to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of products and services.

Becoming a member is a straightforward and quick process. After filling out the necessary sections, your membership will be approved by ERM Optik shortly. Unapproved members will not be able to proceed with shopping. Membership does not impose any obligations; however, please read the Sales Agreement carefully before making a purchase. You have the right to terminate your membership at any time.

Membership Cancellation

A member has the right to terminate their membership at any time. Once you terminate your membership, all relations with our site will be severed. To cancel your membership, you must log in and submit your request through the Contact Information page.

Membership Cannot Be Canceled in the Following Situations:

1. If less than 60 days have passed since the last order.
2. If a cancellation request is made using a different email address.
3. If the member cannot be reached using the registered information.

Membership May Be Canceled by Us in the Following Situations:

1. If the member sends inappropriate messages or writes offensive comments.
2. If there is an attempt at fraud.
3. If there is an attempt to harm the system or ERM Optik's name.

Member Security

We have taken all necessary precautions to ensure the security of our members. In addition to these measures, you are responsible for the security of your membership information. Do not share the login information you use to access our store with anyone, and do not log in from computers you are not sure are secure.

Different Addresses

Each member has a section where a different address can be entered when finalizing an order, apart from the registered address. This address section can be used to send gifts to friends or for periods when you are at different addresses. For example, during times when you are at different branches of your company or at a summer house. Alternatively, if you want the invoice to reach a friend along with your order.

Product Reviews

Each member can write reviews for products. Sharing your information and experiences with other users makes shopping more enjoyable and informed. Customer reviews, being impartial and experience-based, create a more conscious shopping environment.

When writing product reviews, please ensure that your comments are respectful of other users and the product's manufacturer, within the bounds of general ethical standards. Reviews are reviewed, and inappropriate comments will be removed from the system.
